The purpose of this forum is to continue the good work of Nigel Utting, who started the original M42 Pentax database of serial numbers for Pentax M42 screw mount SLR cameras and their superb Takumar lenses.
Our thanks go to Nigel for all his hard work.
Each Model camera will have its own board with the registry of serial numbers. As will each model lens.
Pentax M42 fans feel free to check and see if your cameras and lenses are listed. If they are not and you would like them included--just send an email or a PM to Admin and at the next data update your serial numbered gear will be included.
